Matching the New Product Development for different markets

Almost always, consumers face obstacles and therefore need help from new products that will help them get the value they are after.
TASK
We were contacted by Lantmännen Unibake in March 2022 as they needed help testing six product concepts quantitively in six different markets before going further with the development and implementation of the products. Lantmännen Unibake wanted to use Cambri's concept testing platform for the tests but needed a partner who could set up the tests in Cambri’s tool as well as analyse the results and the recommended next steps for the concepts.
SOLUTION
As a starting point, we designed and revised the concepts to prepare them for the Cambri platform. Afterwards, we developed the questionnaire for each concept, including heat and ice mapping of both the verbal and visual parts of the concepts to identify improvement in further development of the concepts.
When the test results were ready, we analysed the findings and presented the test results and recommendations in a report to Lantmännen Unibake. As a result, Lantmännen Unibake got an overview of which concepts tested strongly and how they could improve the concepts in further development.
