Task

In the spring of 2022, Dansk Industri Transport reached out to us with the objective of hosting a strategy workshop for their employees to enhance their strategy and branding efforts within the organization.

Creating a Strategic Framework and Mood Film

We developed a program that first introduced the employees to the importance of branding and the reasons behind building a strong brand.

Subsequently, we collectively examined Dansk Industri's vision:

DI Transport's vision is to be a competitive transport industry that provides sustainable mobility of goods and people to, from, and within Denmark.

DI Transports vision er en konkurrencedygtig transportbranche, der leverer bæredygtig mobilitet af varer og personer til, fra og i Danmark.

Based on this vision, we developed a concise and memorable brand DNA for Dansk Industri Transport as well as facilitated a session where the employees identified the strategic pillars upon which Dansk Industri Transport should work to always ensure high mobility and reduce the climate impact of transportation.

With the strategic framework in place, Dansk Industri crafted its core story, and we assisted them in bringing it to life through a mood film. The film is now used internally to easily convey the vision of Dansk Industri Transport and the goals they aim to achieve.
