Task
TourCompass embarked on its venture in 2006 with a group of 70 guests exploring the wonders of South Africa. Over the years, their reach has extended to include captivating destinations across Africa, as well as other continents like Latin America and Asia.
At the beginning of 2023, TourCompass contacted us to unlock the essence of its brand and create an appealing narrative. Through an exploration of various traveller profiles and their unique needs, we identified the specific needs that TourCompass is an expert in fulfilling for its target audience.
By identifying the key traveller insights, we and the client could develop an emotionally compelling Brand DNA for TourCompass.
The new Brand DNA will work as a lighthouse for TourCompass’ future brand strategic actions and decisions.
Furthermore, we created an inspirational and compelling brand story and a mood film that enables TourCompass to easily communicate and implement the new strategic brand positioning to colleagues and partners around the World, ensuring that everyone is united and knows what to aim for.
