The Task
Female Drivers Club is a subscription-based networking club for women, founded by the inspiring and dynamic power women, Benedicte Engel Christensen and Fleur Bloch-Heby.
Female Drivers Club’s mission is to empower all women, providing them with a deeper understanding of themselves, each other, and the world by offering enriching experiences, personal development opportunities, networking events, and knowledge sharing.
In the autumn of 2022, Female Drivers Club approached us seeking assistance in identifying their core purpose and refining their business plan.
Solution
To identify their unique Brand DNA, we conducted a comprehensive workshop, utilizing our Brand DNA Wheel as a tool. Through this process, we identified Female Drivers Club's DNA as Sætter kvinder i førersædet (i sammenhænge, hvor de føler sig på udebane) or Puts women in the driver's seat (in contexts where they feel left out).
This distinctive DNA enables Female Drivers Club to create a community that empowers and inspires women in areas and contexts where they may feel culturally excluded, yet desire a voice. Whether it's traditionally male-dominated hobbies like cars, investments, or extreme sports, or pressing issues such as climate change, the future of AI, or gender fluidity, Female Drivers Club provides a platform for women to connect, gain a deeper understanding, and find inspiration.
